Participation in the Friends of Creative Economy (FCE) in Jakarta

On October 4, 2023 The working group of the Uzbekistan Art and Culture Development Foundation headed by Elmurod Najimov, Advisor to Chairperson embarked on a productive visit to Indonesia as part of their preparations for the 4th World Conference on Creative Economy.
During their visit, they held a meeting with Sandiaga S. Uno, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia, as well as deputy ministers. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the progress of preparations for the upcoming conference, which is scheduled to take place in Uzbekistan in 2024.
The meeting also served as an opportunity to discuss the upcoming visit of an Indonesian delegation to Uzbekistan, where they intend to formalize their collaboration by signing a memorandum of understanding between the two institutions.
Additionally, the discussion touched upon the tourism potential of both countries and explored measures for its further development.
Furthermore, this working visit coincided with the participation of the Foundation in the International discussion forum called Friends of Creative Economy (FCE) Meeting. The forum centered around the topic of "Design and Delivering a Robust Policy Support to Creative Economy" and attracted influential figures and stakeholders in the creative economy from more than 35 countries
